Artichoke and Sun Dried Tomato Dip

This deletable dip is ready in a flash and can be made ahead of time.  It goes great with chips, crackers, vegetables or bread.

Ingredients
Artichoke and Sun Dried Tomato Dip
1/2 cup Cara Mia Marinated Artichokes, drained
1/4 cup Cara Mia Sun Dried Tomatoes, drained
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup sour cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 teaspoon salt
hot pepper sauce to taste (optional)


Directions
In a food processor, mix all the ingredients together. Process until well-blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Cara Mia brand was started by an artichoke grower co-op in 1955, in the “artichoke capital” of the world, Castroville, CA. The co-op opened as a freezer operator with the intent of providing consumers another means to enjoy the edible thistle all year around. The venture proved so successful that a marinating line was added in 1958.
